Our January has gotten off to pretty normal start. An update on Aly's toe. We did have to go back to the podiatrist to have the nail taken off. We were hoping that it would reattach itself but it did not. I went to take a band aid off one night and it pretty much came off with it. Shannon took her again and they removed it. Aly took it like a champ. Shannon said she made a face one time and then said "its ok, it only hurt a little!" so Brave!!! Its growing back great and after that you couldn't really even tell anything was wrong.
We haven't really had to much going on just working and doing the everyday thing. Work has been slow so we are praying for a turn around soon. JV is doing good and things are moving along.
We had started looking at Preschools in December for Aly for this fall and we found a place at Snellville United Methodist Church and we were really excited about there program and Aly still being able to spend some time with Shannon. Registration was this past week so I called to confirm everything and found out that they had to cancel there before and after school program which meant we couldn't go there anymore. I did some more looking and we decided on a place called Good Shepard Presbyterian Church on Killian Hill. They seem great and they are willing to work with our schedules and with Shannon so everything seems to be in place. I dropped off her paper work this morning so its offial. Kind of sad though, I can't believe we are already at this point, she is growing way to fast!!!
She is still doing gymnastics and still likes it. She has her days though were she is needy and an attention junky but she always has fun.
Other then that everything is good. Everyone made it back home (to SC and Panama City) after the holidays and everyone is doing well.
