Update on the ears!

Me and Aly went to the ENT this morning for her 1 year follow up to her ear tube surgery. We went a month early because the doctor had told me at her 18 month check up that they were coming out so I wanted to have them checked sooner the April 16! Well they have completely come out and the holes have healed. The tubes are sitting in her ear canal right now and should fall out soon on there own. If for some reason by her 2 year check up in July they are still there then the ENT will remove them. I'm not sure how but they said it would be in the office so i'm assuming its not a big deal!!! She's been pulling at her ears so i'm guessing she can feel the tubes a little bit in there moving so I hope they fall out soon!!!! She doesn't have any fluid in there right now so lets hope that we are over the hump. They did say that if she gets any more then we will have to discuss the option of doing another set!!!

She has had a little cough the last few days so I'm really hoping it goes away without turning in to anything else!!! She is still doing fantastic in her big girl bed!!! i think she is sleeping so much better now!!!!

Paige is taking Asher to the ENT today to have him evaluated as well. He has had a double ear infection since December and they have done 4 different antibiotics and nothing is working so he is most likely getting tubes put in as well, so please keep him and them in your prayers!!!!

Most of you know that JV and his parents are leaving to go on there mission trip to the Dominican Republic next Thursday. WE are going to miss them very much but they are going to need your prayers as well!!! (PS please don't post anything on Facebook about them being gone) But keep them in your thoughts!!!!

Thats about it for now!!!! Aly is having her Easter pictures done next wednesday morning so I'll post those when I have them as well. Whitney has live bunnies so they should turn out really good!!!!
